Outstanding service

Mid February I went to PEP store eastrand mall, the one next to the food court. The service that I received at that store was heart warming. After going to 5 PEP stores in the eastrand looking for a Jean dress that I saw online. When I reached that PEP the said dress was not the. I asked the store attendant who quickly attended to me and asked me to wait while she check for me in the store room. Within few minutes the lady came back holding 3 different designs and ask if there is one I was looking for. I was so excited that she was able to go out of her way to assist me. When it war-time to pay, I realized that I forgot my wallet in the car. I explained to the cashier who assured me not to worry but to go and get my wallet. I left the store so happy and fulfilled.
