Our money was ****** by an pepstore employee who was doing the transfer for us @Villiersdorp pepstore

On 9th of October 2021 we transferred money at pepstore in villiersdorp the time was 10:40 the money was R1500 we were sending it to eastern cape sterkspruit we took a photo of the slip sent it to the lady in eastern cape she went to the bank absa to draw the money it said the pin has been redeemed she went to pepstore they also said the money was withdrawn they gave a number to give to me to call and find out who drew the money I called the number it's absa call center they told me the money was withdrawn in side pepstore where I deposited the money at 11:41 we went to police station the very same day we were told to come back the following day we went the following day it turns out the supervisor was not at work on the day we transferred the money we told her what happened she was shocked because she was not informed of the incident, she the took the slip and called she was told the money was withdrawn at their shop on Friday they called us to come my sister went as I was writing exams there was a area manager present that day they told my sister that the person who withdrew our money is non other than the one who was doing the money transfer for us there was a hearing for her after 2 weeks at the hearing she was dismissed fired from her job now at pepstore they said they are not allowed to force her to pay us now they leave it to the police hands we have not heard from them since we have not been paid our money and the lady who took our money kept on changing her stories now she is busy saying she was framed by her colleagues but she admitted that she is the one who withdrew the money
