Operating hours and bad service

The Pep Store in meadowpoint has operating our posted on the front door that states that the shop must open at 9am on Sundays yet i got o Pep doors at 9;05am and waited for more that 30min and the shop was opened at 9:35am. While waiting there for them to open no one assisted us and kept us updated on what is going on and the security was extremely rude when we asked what we where waiting for. I am really disappointed with the treament and how the matter was handled.
