Operating Hours

I was on my way to work hoping to pay my dstv at pep stores before i start my shift at 09:00, so i went early to be in when they opened at 08:00 as per operation hours displayed at the doors.<br> <br> How wrong i was, got there at 07:55, i had to wait a good 25 minutes for them to open with a few customers waiting and actually not being surprised by this. they said they are now used to this scenario. I found it appaling to say the least as they were busy with what looked like a morning meeting at the customers expense.<br> <br> First of all this shop is literally less than a kilometre to the world famous resort - sun city - with clientelle from as far as Europe...how should they take us seriously as SA with such desregard for time and hounouring what is being displayed?<br> <br> When they eventually opened the doors, i asked the guy what time they actually open he just said please come in! i asked again and he said 08:00 looking at my clock it was 08:25....<br> <br> Its totally phatheic service, something needs to be done!
