Ongoing Delays in Service at PEP Ga-Rankuwa

I would like to raise a concern regarding the consistently slow service at the PEP store in Ga-Rankuwa. Regardless of the time of day—whether I visit in the morning or afternoon—the waiting time is always extremely long. Unfortunately, there has never been a day where I received prompt service.

I would like to emphasize that the staff are friendly and courteous, and I have no complaints about their attitude or professionalism. However, the slow pace of service is a serious issue that affects the overall customer experience.

I hope this matter can be looked into and improvements made to reduce the waiting times. Something needs to be done to ensure more efficient service delivery.
