Really unhappy with Pep overall service.. #1 I was in at a local PEP looking for curtains last Wednesday n I finally found one that I liked so I bought it. I asked the assistant to search on the system where I could find another coz I want 2ff and she told me she couldn't check other branches . She told me she couldn't check the stock in other branches , she can only check in the branch she's in. That is disappointing because I don't want to run around Joburg looking for it, a little consideration for the customer will do so as to upgrade your systems in this regard. This is unacceptable, I mean it's 2020 for God's sake. #2 I have never received a voucher but I've been having my Pep card since 2015, I swipe it all the time and I buy plenty at Pep like every 2nd month . Ì want my vouchers and the curtain
