Offline Service and Customer dissatisfation

The Pep Cell in Birch Acres Mall in Tembisa has got bad treatment to customers. A worker named Lihle is busy accusing my wife about money that she probably stole and everytime my wife goes there to purchase something, the lady is busy showing off and calling names. this is unacceptable behaviour to treat customers. When my wife ask her if she reported the matter to her manager, she does not respond because she know.

Another is that they do not cater for customer service like every other customer. When she does not know you she says the computers are off line and she does not service you, but when another customer like a friend comes, then suddenly the computers are online. I believe each customer should be treated the same and with respect and dignity.
