Offline

Afternoon Today I went to pep home at Mayfield square shop to do a payment using pay at number. Cashier just look at me and says their offline and it was not the first time telling me their but when I go to the nearest pep the are willing to assist with a payment. Then I went to nearest pep to make a payment then I went back to pep home to ask for manage their then show me ntokozo and they said she is a shop manager explained my issue to ntokozo and ask for cashier names she didn't want to give me the cashiers name and left me with no solution. Cashier told me that system is offline but error message it say incorrect string. Please assist resolve this issue. My contact ***
