obnoxious staff

Good day

Just before lock down my mother who is disabled and grandmother who is 83 and struggling to walk went to pep Mookgophong to send parcels and receive money. The ladies were very rude and obnoxious towards them, because they did not now how to do it? I went later to speak to the manager just to find that she is the most childish and obnoxious of all screaming and shouting in front of other customers all the ladies are speaking in their language and laughing. I reported them and a area manager phoned me stating she will sort it out then I never heard of them again? I would like to know what happened?
