Not happy with your service.

Saturday the 27th I bought men's hoody and girls pj's at pep Kensington wen I get home I noticed that the hoody was not sewed well and then on Sunday I tried to return it to pep village square in Randfontein with the pj's as they didn't fit my daughter well. When I arrive there Lindi said to me no you can only return the pj's and we will give you your money back but unfortunately we cannot take the hoody as it is not from our shop.. Mind you I stay at Protea Glen and Lindi is telling me to go back to Kensington.. I told her that you know what it is fine take the pj's and give me my money. She then said to me but we will keep the slip so you will see what you will do with the hoody. I said fine again... So I want to know that is this how pep stores operate? I can't take damaged goods to other pep stores? I have decided to keep the hoody and I will never buy anything from you guys
