NOT HAPPY WITH PEP CELL

I am so not happy with pep cell Kempton Park, bought a stylo phone which for 2 days I struggled to access internet or it was responding slow, went to pep then they advised that something needed to be installed of which was not advised of, then explained to them that the phone is responding very slow and was not advised of the RAM or 1GB Ram that it will affect the response of the internet, was not happy at all, coz if I was advised would have not bought the phone and asked for refund they still advising can not get refund nor exchange the phone, if I was advised my choice would have been different
