Not compliying with Traiding hours

It was 8:30 when I arrived at the outlet, and waited out side and looked at trading hours of store schedules were 8:30 -17:00 monday to friday, then now time was 8:40 I knocked on do window as I sees through that two laydies were chatting not even notice it was time to open store, as I have knocked on the window she came over and without a word she turned time opening to 9:00 and walked away, that was rude service
