Not adhering to trading time

PEP home staff are having a staff meeting at 9h20 while their trading hours written on the door are 8h30 on Tuesdays. Now we are standing outside waiting for them to finish a meeting that we don't even know when it will end.

So disappointed coz I came here rushing to get something ls for a work event.
