Noon compliance to retail hours.

Friday, 3rd March 2023 I went to Pep Cell Kenilworth Centre at 6.54pm their doors was locked a shop assistant was busy on her cellphone and when I knocked she said they were closed. Their retail hours is 09H00 to 19H00. She continued on her phone as if we were not there. Her words was they were cashed up. When I called the Store I spoke to Thandi with regards to a DSTV remote @ 18h40 I was in the shopping mall. As far as my knowledge stretches a retail store is not to close before their stipulated hours and they can cash up but make room for a few additions. Utterly disgusted with the type of service and practice.
