On 08 - 05 2024 i went to Pep store in Site B and I arrived at 12:46

I started the queue around 13:02. There was about 15 people on the queue, and two cashiers at front but I wanna tell you that i left the shop after 14:25.

That was my first time to stand on the small queue for so long.

Guys that shop is so chaotic, The two cashier's were too much slow, and busy chattin, laughing with each other, and even leave the customer on the counter. Eish I can't explain what is happening in Site B Pep store. But they not professional neither care about the customers.

So since the queue was not moving around 13:20. I decided to go the front to check if what was the problem. Yhoo I asked another lady which she came from the back if who is the manager and she said she doesn't know. The whole stuff kept quite. I then ask for someone who is standing for manager and still nothing. I asked the lady to open another till, she refused and say they short of stuff. Then she opened another till at 14:10. She **** to me, she is the manager.

Site B Pep store stuff is rude and offers bad service to paying customers.

Site B is one of the the centers that are mostly used by elders but the service they get is good. Imagine an old granny standing for 1 hour and 20 minute.

Because of who do not value and love their jobs. How is whole Pep short of stuff when they have thousands of casuals all over the country.

I would really like that this matter to be taken care off. The staff at Pep Site B is too old now and fresh blood and warriors hungry for work must be given the opportunity to serve Site B community.

Please Pep store on month end open more cash tills. From 25 to first week of the month. You know your busy days.
