Non Repairs of Handsets

on the 28/04/2015 I booked my smart phone (Huawei Ascend Y220) at Pep Stores in Graaff Reinet for repairs. I was told that it will take approximately 3-4 weeks for repairs. After 4 weeks I visited to make an enquiry about my phone. I was told the phone was picked up but sent to a wrong repair MTN centre. <br> <br> My phone is still at their store without being repaired. The reason cited are devious, I cannot suffer due to MTN strike. Apparently that's what happens in Pep Stores when booking MTN phones for repairs. I was even disappointed when told by their Area Manager ( Mr Jeffrey Booysen) that he does not know what to do next. Therefore my problem cannot be resolved.
