Nomfundo the name of the teller lady provided a terrible service to such an extent that I never want to but at any PEP store cell or not . She told me that I cant pay for my DSTV account if I don't have a pep card which is nonsense cause I always pay there never had an issue before . From here I expect feedback from the highest PEP management about this and I'm also communicating this to DSTV so they know the kind of poor service we receive from there trusted partners. If i don't get satisfactory feedback will take this to Facebook etc and it won't be nice comments that will be circulated
