NO TCF

I am so dissapointed with the service i GOT FROM 2 PEP stores in Pretoria CBD or maybe the whole PEP division.I bought items at the one store and I misplaced the slip so I went there to exchange and was told tha exchange is not allowed without a tillslip.I mean it was a week later and if they scanned on the system it was gonna appear definitely.I am sittimng with 2 items that do not fit my child so this means I lost my money and I feel that is so unfait. Pep management should relook at their exchange policies and do what other stores are doing.I hope to get a response as soon as possible from PEP
