No support for special needs

My mother in law bought my son a pair of school shoes as his old pair started to hurt him she bought a size bigger she bought it in cbd pep stored I went the following day to pep stores close by as the shoes fit but was a bit to tight and stiff like new shoes is but he could not walk in it as the actual sides was to hard and hurt him my son is autistic so his senses is very sensitive when I returned it I had no issues I took a completely different style shoe and paid the difference when I got home fit it an it fit so comfortably I was so impressed out it on the Monday for school and he cam e home with out the shoes he could not walk to long in it as the sole was to hard for him I went back to pep close to my work and was advised they can't take it as they don't stock that style, I then went back the Saturday to the pep I bought it from was told they can't exchange it as it was warn I advised the consultant that my son has special needs and he did not play in it just walked to his class to the bus and back she said I must speak to the manager but the manager not there. When I went back the next Tuesday the girl at the door said that the exchange time has lapsed I'm so discussed as it feel I wasted my money with shoes my son will never worn I don't want my money back just a pair of school shoes my son can wear I had to go to a dif9store to purchase a pair of school shoes
