no stock sold out

Got a pamphlet yesterday from pep and saw boots from 89.90. This morning I went early I was there just after 9 and was told the boots are sold out and each store only got 8 pairs. I'm really disappointed as I really wanted a pair and they couldn't tell me when they will get again
