No service in Pep stores Lady Grey street Paarl

Nobody help it seems like they doing you a favor in helping you, the 2nd in charge person first finish counting stock, than she help but with no greeting or morning, her face told me I'm not interest in helping you ( I purchase a cellphone). I tried to get hold of Danny the Area Manager, ********** 155, no answer voicemail, he never return my call. No wonder the staff in store act the way they did, the Area Manager not interested in giving customer care.
