No service during working hours

I am completely dissatisfied with the service at Pep Evaton Mall, I arrived there's this morning just after 8am and the doors were still closed, I was confused because their training hours list specifies that they open at 8am so i asked the security why are they not opened and he showed me the tills and there was no one, a lady arrived that worked there and she forcefully opened the door for us (she's light skinned with a straight back hairstyle). I got my goods and when I got to the tills I had to wait yet again as they still had to count their floats in order to assist, whilst still waiting 3 members worked in and they were 16minutes late and not even remorseful... Very very very disappointing
