No service at all

I'm totally disappointed I sent a parcel before looting, once it was quite I received an SMS to claim for insurance.

It's 2 months later still nothing has been done The agents drop the calls , the WhatsApp line is Extremely useless as everytime the session is closed without even resolution.

My client has been waiting 2 months for her parcel to no avail.
