No Service

went to a PEP store to buy my daughter a jersey this morning because she lost hers and its cold, when i get to the shop i went inside because it was already 08:10 i opened the door thinking it was closed due to cold weather. then i asked if i could be serviced/helped the lady named ANNAH said to me \the shop is opened when the door is opened reasoning with her about my situation and the opening time on the door because she had that bad attitude she told me "she don't care they will open the shop when they are done\"" i am from johannesburg i just came down here to see my daughter i've realised this is the type of service that our people receive and mostly my grandmother because this is the only clothing store they have.....and again if it is \""the lowest prices for everyone or \""THE LOWEST ATTITUDE FOR EVERYONE\"""""
