No Safety

Im Mateboho Ndumo from Vanderbijlpark,I was at Pep Vaalmall on the19April to purchase a denim.

I asked for fitting room and to my surprise I could not close the door because the lock was broken,then I moved to the next one and it was the same problem.

The very same fitting rooms that we cannot close we share them with MEN. I asked the lady who was not having name tag that why cant they put log or something just to keep the door closed,she said its a process and manager has to ask head office to send people to come and put logs, then I demand to see the store manager and she said the manager was not in, I asked for 2nd incharge she said I can also talk to her, I asked her where is her Name tag,she took it out of her pocket and she told me im abusive,her name is Patricia.

Immediately when she yell at me telling me im abusive,I left her and went to the till to pay.

I asked myself is it going to be a crime if the manager can buy small log and claimed it after? Is Pep not aware of kids and women being abused at restaurant and everywhere in the world?

I was just worried if a man can come in that fitting room while Im busy fitting because there is no one from stuff watching who is going in and out.

Waiting for your urgent response.

I'm so disappointed at PEP Treatment.

I'm willing to take this to social media and Radio stations
