No RICA'd sim cards

So this is the second time i have purchased simcards at your store in Secunda situated in the 5star complex. And yet again it has not been RICA’d? So how do you expect me to use this?! So fed up with people not doing their work that they get PAID TO DO!!!!!! I WILL NOT AGAIN BUY ANY CELLULAR PRODUCTS FROM THIS USEKLESS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
