I bought a Vodafone Smart tab form Pep on Saturday 2 January 2016 form Pep in Atlasville mall, I was told that there is a 7 day return policy on the device but if it is for repairs it would have to go to Vodacom. This was fine with me and I was asked to sign the till slip for the Rica which I did.

Now I don't want the tablet anymore and tried returning it today and was told that I cannot return the tablet at all, only for repairs. i was told that I should have read the slip that i signed, the same slip which I was told is for the Rica purposes. So now I am now stuck with a tablet I don't want and can't return. How does that fit into the Consumer Protection Act? If I do not want something that i bought and return it within the given time frame in perfect working order and original packaging with the slip why can I not get my money back? Why am I forced now to keep this thing?
