no respect no remours

On the 8/9/15 I was shopping in pep my son of 2yrs 9mnth asked me daddy I want to go and pee,I asked the sales lady on the floor she did not take note of me at all,I asked the 2nd the same thing and I told both of them its not for me its for my baby she aswell did not assist me,if a child of that age asked to pee he wants to pee,a older woman in the store had to speak up on my behalf I was so shocked for no assistance I got the older lady had to raise her voice before they helped my baby,please inform higher management of the service they give there customers please help,if it was not for that older lady in store at that moment my son would have wetted himself.please let someone contact me,please
