No respect for customers time

Went to Pep store in Alexandra Plaza on the 01 of August during my lunch to exchange my son's school shoes because they were a bigger size. After getting the correct size I stood in a queue with only two cashiers serving, the other one was between serving us and manning the parcel counter. Upon being assisted eventually the cashier by the name of Thembi did the exchange process which then required some authorisation she screamed about 5 times from the top of her lungs for someone to come and authourise to no response. I then requested her to go look for that person cause I was running out of time, she found a lady by the name of Conny and came back with her. Conny then authorised the exchange with no apology or remorse for not being readily available to assist the cashier. I am so dissappointed in the service and it's unfortunately sad that this is the kind of service we receive in the township and we go to these stores and our time is not respected as customers.
