NO PEP NO

PEP Store Key West: the worst client experience I have encountered for a long, long time. Shop assistant refuses to speak to me in a language I understand. She just points when asked a question. I can't find what I need. I asked her a 2nd, 3rd time, She keeps on singing, just points a finger. When I complain, she throws down what she is doing and screams at me. I ask for manager, they insult me in a language I do not understand, laughs about the incident. Manager (Anna) is as rude as assistant (Phony). They giggle because they managed to upset and insult a senior citizen.
