No online shopping at PEP

Online shopping is becoming the new norm due to COVID, however PEP stores dont offer online shopping,so i don't see the purpose of having items displayed on their website as most stores have the items anyways. I needed teal cushion covers (which is advertised on their website) so i called their contact centre only to be told that i need to call the stores on the East Rand as they are the only stores in Gauteng that have stock ( bare in mind i live in Randburg), so i called to enquire if they have stock of the said item, and if they can IBT the item to their store in Randburg where i can then collect it. they do have stock but dont do inter store transfers as its too far to send from Kempton Park to Randburg. There is no customer service from retailers any more.
