My cousin bought a Samsung z2 phone on Monday at Pep clothing Jabulane mall the following day he returned it because he could not use it as he no knowledge how to use it. The staff at Pep told him that they could not help him because he signed the receipt and the phone is his choice. I went back with him on Thursday to find out more why they turned him back. We spoke with Thulane sales person he attended to him and an assistant manager who could not give us straight answers. Then the manager came her name is Zondo which we explained that the phone is not what we wanted because they say it's not an android phone but a tenzen. So my issue is tge staff (Thulane) didn't explain to him that the phone is not ana android phone . The sale was done unprofessionally because they even sold him a phone without an Identity book. We want a refund or another phone that we going to be able to use cause that one is unusable to us.
