No free airtime

I bought 2 cellphones for my children over the weekend, one at Pep Cell one at Pep. There was an adverti*****t that promised that you get free R300 airtime with activation and 100 mb airtime subject to activation, when I was at Pep the guy who was activating my phone said, he \thinks"I have to load R29 airtime but even then he's not sure I must call vodacom. <br> The lady at pepcell said"
