No Exchange Policy???

Bought 3 items last week Saturday. Sizes are incorrect. Took them in today to exchange for bigger sizes. I no longer have the receipt. I was told that I may not exchange at all. The tags of the clothing is still on but they refused. They say the policy changed 4 months ago.

This is against the Consumer Protection Act.

Get hold of me immediately or I take this further.
