No Delivery

Good day<br> <br> I purchased the Phone from Pep on 11 January 2016 and the Phone only worked for 3 weeks. I took the phone back to pep on the 13 Feb 2016 and I was told that they will call me in three weeks my phone will be ready.<br> I never receive a call after three weeks and I decided to go to the shop to find out. I was told that my phone has it come back and they couldn't call me because their phones doesn't work. I went back home without the phone. I waited other month without receiving any other call from pep. Today I have went to the shop to find out and surprisingly my phone was there but the sad party is that it was doing the same thing, it never turn on. The funny part is that I been told now that they will send the phone back and I will need to wait again. They can't get me the other phone because the policy doesn't allow that. This is very disappointing that I only use the phone for 3 weeks now I have for the phone for 5 months, is this the kind of service pep promote?
