No customer service

Terrible customer service from cashier Omphile, Goldman branch, Florida, Roodepoort. Asked him if another staff member could assist at the tills as he was busy with a cellphone purchase and we stood for a while. He rep**** with an abrupt, rude, unfriendly No,that the other cashier was on lunch. I rep****, thank you for informing us in queue and he didn't need to be rude, where's his customer service. When I got to him he made me stand a bit unattended whilst chatting, no acknowledgement at all apart from looking at me then continued talking, after conversation was an awkward moment as he wouldn't even greet me, eventually when he did, I politely greeted back and thanked him for honoring me that courtesy.
