No customer service

I went to pep in Belhar they were not even interested to hear why I was there they just dismissed me. I was there to return a phone I bought in Blue downs and apparently I must go back to Blue downs . Is Pep not the same shop? Unfortunately I had to spend more money for a phone I bought in July wow
