no customer service

Good morning....Please note that I went to the pep store at Vosloorus Naledi mall and to my suprise when I got to the cashier to pay I produced my credit card to make the payment and the lady asked for a pin I told her the card does not require a pin as its a credit card and she then asked for my id I said I dont have it with me and I don't know it off by heart I was surrounded by the staff members who then said to me in this day and age why don't you know your id number..I felt so SMALL and it was like I had ****** from the store as the security guard came closer to the till..I told the lady and her colleagues that even at Shoprite and other stores they don't asked for my id book and they said I'm lying Shoprite is strict.i would like an apology from the store as the ladies at the counter gave me a bad attitude as if I had ****** the card from someone else.i don't I will be ever going back to that store as I felt that those ladies were ganging up on me I spent close to 35 minutes explaining to them that my card does not require a pin the ladies have a stinky attitude as they think that I they can just treat customers anyway they want. Manager is also useless . as she was there
