No customer service

Im so disappointed with the service i have received at PEP. I i have been at 11 pepe store to open a pep card Jabulani mall pep and dobsonville all of they don't have card that what the cashier says. At Pep cell next to shoprite at jabulani i can even see the cards but they tell me they dnt have the cards. I went to three Pep at Westgate mall one pep cashier told me she can not able to assist me her reason was she did open the till which have camera so i will have to try other shop i have wested two full weekend trying to open this card untill i lost hope. If i struggle to open what about i have a problem i will not gonna receive any help i rether leave it before im sorry.
