No customer care

Today I went to Morula View Complex Pep Store and the cashier was so rude in every way I smile when I greeted her and she frowned 🙁 then I told her I am here to cash out and ewallet and I wasn't sure about the amount and she was like you need to be sure cos I have to write it down with a angry irritated tone and I confirmed the amount then she was like why didn't you go to the ATM instead of coming here and I was like it doesn't work then the amount happened to be incorrect and she was like I told you so move! so that I can help other customers like what!! You could have politely asked me to kindly move so I'm not satisfied with their service so I'm giving them a 1 star rating if not then I would have given them a 0 star if possible. I can identify her
