no customer care

we went to pep stores lunch time to buy a jeans for my friends daughter, the queue was so long to pay just to find out there is only one cashier on the till.<br> <br> we asked where the other cashiers are and was told she went to lunch.<br> <br> asked for management to come forward and still waiting.<br> <br> PEP stores thinks nothing of there customers and how can you during peak lunch time only have one cashier on.<br> <br>
