NO ASSISTANCE AT PEP, VERY FRUSTRATING !!

I have made a mistake when paying a PEP clothing account and paid it to Abacus Pep. I was getting errors on the Capitec app so I searched the company & used the reference they gave me. Now they won't credit the funds, I still owe them, their customer service is very terrible, they keep acknowledging my emails but nothing is being done to assist me. I would like to ask that you assist me with this as the money is no longer with me and Tenacity accounts department is asking me for the money. Abacus PEP is part of their company and I sent email to them as well, with no success. I dont want to loose my money and i dont like being a bad payer, but I am here now stuck. I have been receiving calls everyday regarding this threatening to send my account to debt collectors.
