NKELE IS A BULLY

Hello Peter I am a pep loyal customer , I am really disappointed on how NKELE manager from PEP at Sam Ntuli mall she is soooo rude and pushover the way she treats her stuff it's sooo uncalled for the way she treats customers its disgusting today she told me that whether i buy or not she still get paid just because I asked where I can get glasses she told me that I must look for them before asking .... Bare in mind that I was carrying a baby and I just wanted to do in and out ... I am not the only one who is complaining .. PEP please do something about this!!! Demote or fire her she doesn't have UBUNTU !!!!!!!!
