Nightmare service

The gentlemen at Pep Cell in Bloemfontein Maitland street or now known as Charlotte Maxeke street is the rudest person I know.

I work in the retail space, but his service is a nightmare to say the least.

Worst part is he is arrogant and doesn't care about how he speaks to clients. I saw him the first time I took my phone for repairs. The way he spoke to people he was serving.

He also failed to do his job. The store had my numbers but failed to call to let me know there are forms I need to fill in. This was not mentioned to me by the lady he told to assist me. I don't work there, I don't know their procedures.

Something needs to be done with regards to this man, honestly

Its been weeks and only when I call for feedback, he is rude over the phone.
