Thank you Kgomotso and Doreen for your courteous service. <br> Saturday 8th Jan 2015 I bought a mobile phone (prepaid) from PEP.<br> Sunday I brought it back, the phone was not working properly. <br> Another phone (same model) was tested but found to have the same problem.<br> I swapped the phone for another make at the same price.<br> Throughout the process Kgomotso and Doreen were excellent in assisting me.<br> <br> <br>
