Nhlanhla's lousy customer service

Today I experienced the worst customer service at pep Khaya mall Embalenhle,I bought curtains and went to the tills a consultant by the name of Nhlanhla was busy chatting to her friends and she didn't even greet me,I had to wait for her to finish chatting to her friends and i was the only customer in front her counter.she finally finished chatting to her friends and assisted me in a very rude manner.those consultants need to change their behavior.
