New Towel Messed with the red lining around the towel.

This past weekend I went last minute shopping to buy my babies things as I am expecting soon, I purchased a towel and as I just washed it today the red from the corners of the towel messed the whole babies towel with red patches.

I'm so upset this is not supposed to happen, I don't have the slip for it as I misplaced it but I have the packaging with the price and the name of the store.
