New Pep savings card

I have recently seen adverts about the new card that pep is now offering for saving money,which is a brilliant idea. On that not I proceed to one of my nearest Pep store which is in Durban Bridge city mall. Actually they have two stores in one centre but to my suprise both the stores have the same problem of not having network to create the cards for customers. Is this the store managers fault or it just bad service??? I have went there numerous times and today was my most annoying one,especially because even if you want to enquire about this it's a mission cause the staff does not even show interest,its like you are harrasing them. It was indeed a ****ty day for me I don't think I will ever enter or advise any1 to to shop there.
