New Cellphone

I bought a cellphone during the week and currently it's not working properly. I get calls and switches off in the middle of a conversation. It's a new phone not even a week old. Someone better call me to sort out this. I will be taking further steps if no one calls me. It first I thought I didn't charge it very well but only to realise that I did. This is a *******.
