Never use their PAXI service - especially from PE to Oudtshoorn

Always been fond of using their PAXi service as I've never had any complaints or hiccups. But this time it was ridiculous, really. I've bought products from a lady in PE and asked her to send it via Paxi (as I've always had gopd experiences using them). They picked up the package the same day, then, for some reason God only knows, the package was sent nine hundres kilometers away to Durban. Which I could still live with as 'sometimes packages take routes we don't always understand' because as the consultant said to me 'it's just the way their courier works'. Then, after laying at the hub for 3 days, it departed - to CAPE TOWN, over one thousand, six hundres kilometers away! It took 3 days to get there. It still hasn't departed Cape Town and was supposed to be delivered in Oudtshoorn TODAY. Just FYI, PE to Oudtshoorn is 360km apart. Usually, they send from PE to George with next day in Oudtshoorn. I haven't had a package take longer than a week, week and a half to get to me. I did not have an issue to wait 9 work days for my package as stated on the website, but honestly, I think I'd rather cough up an additional R30 and use Postnet from now on. At least, them you CAN rely on. Also, don't waste your time to contact them. They honestly don't... give... a... s/h/i/t
